Create enjoyable learning experiences for adults

“Too old to learn.” Many people may think so. However, if learning is enjoyable thing, why not?

Adults in these days face extremely challenging learning situation. Things change so fast that adults are compelled to learn many and complicated things more often.

In fact, learning something is not only memorization. Change of behavior is expected as a result. However, in many cases, we end up getting information which is before memorizing.

Why can’t we reach the final stage of learning which is to change behavior?

It seems we unconsciously believe that learning should be achieved through painful experience of training. Therefore, mostly we stop ourselves while we are in the painful stage.

What if we can learn without such painful experiences?

If, one day, we find ourselves changing our behaviors, isn’t it enticing?

I’ve been in a business of human resource development for approximately thirty years in Southeast Asia, Africa and Japan. Having witnessed thousands of adults were learning. Based on the experiences, I would like to create unconventional and enjoyable learning opportunities.

Learning at work is, of course, the prime agenda though, learning for life as well.

Create real learning experiences of adults.
